Refund Policies of Voice of Friend
• We will process your all refunds within 60 calendar days after you confirm that you want to
close your account.
• Refunds will only be processed when your account will be closed:
▪ After completing all advertising campaigns that have been booked on the account;
▪All amounts will be payable or incurred under this closed account after completion of all
relevant advertising campaigns have been calculated and paid off.
• Refund will never be processed if your account has been suspended due to breaking the rules of
Voice of Friend terms of service.
• Refunds will be paid only via your original payment method but no other accounts.
